Best Man Home Service is looking for a Multi-Trade Craftsman / Salesperson with a strong suit in plumbing and electrical to join the BMHS Team.  Other skills required for this position include carpentry, drywall, painting, and general handyman skills.  Customer service skills, office skills, and a professional demeanor required. This is a full-time position.

​

You will be provided the following for this position:

• A starting rate of $30+ an hour (based upon skill and experience).

• A Ram ProMaster high top company van with gas card.

• PTO benefits, sick time, holiday pay, birthday paid off.

• Health and Dental Insurance - 50% covered by company.

• Company pricing system and marketing materials.

• Company uniforms (Shirts, sweatshirts, hats etc.)

• Sales training.

• Skills training in specific trades.

• Company provided PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

• Monday through Friday schedule.

• Covered under BMHS Insurances.  

 

Requirements for this position:

• Ability to plan, design, sell, coordinate, and complete your own small to medium sized jobs within the period of time you estimate the job to take.

• Provide high quality work.

• Own tools for all or most trades.  Some company tools are available.

• Must be highly skilled in either plumbing or electrical and/ or both.

• Must also be proficient in all or most of the following trades: carpentry, drywall, painting, tile installation, door and window installation, flooring, siding, and general handyman skills.

• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• The ability to assess the task at hand according to the customer’s requests/ needs.

• Ability to work both individually and on a team on presold jobs.

• Leave every jobsite cleaner than you found it.

• Ability to teach and train an apprentice various trade skills.

• Minimum 10 years experience in multiple trades.

• A valid NYS driver’s license.

• BMHS reserves the right to run a background check and driver history report.​

Maids of Honor Cleaning Service, a division of Best Man Home Service is looking for multiple Cleaners to join our team!  Must have an attention to detail, a great attitude, honest, disciplined and responsible. This is a part-time position.

​

You will be provided the following for this position:

• A starting rate of $21 / hour.

• Bonuses based upon performance.

• Company uniforms (Shirts, pants, sweatshirts, etc.)

• Skills training in specific trades.

• Company provided PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

• Cleaning tools and supplies provided.

• Access to Company vehicles after approval.

• Paid drive time and mileage for any travel required in your personal vehicle.

• Accrued PTO Benefits.
